Berkel beats Johnsen in dramatic and close iron-distance racing at KMD Challenge Copenhagen.

The final 8 kilometres were run shoulder to shoulder as defending champion Tim Berkel from Australia and home town favorite Jimmy Johnsen of Denmark battled it out for a close and very exciting finish infront of over 100,000 spectators in ecstacy in downtown Copenhagen today.

Prologo on Vuelta's Podium

Another Grand Tour has finished.. and Prologo celebrates again!
After sharing Alberto Contador's win at the "Giro" and Roland's White Jersey at the "Tour", Prologo is happy to step on Vuelta's podium together with Chris Froome and Bradley Wiggins!
The two Sky's riders placed 2nd and 3rd in the final general classification!

Modolo Scores Again!

Sacha Modolo is starring in the "Giro di Padania"!
After winning the first stage, the Colnago CSF Inox's rider took a second place in the 2nd, and won again in the 3rd!
On the finish line in Salsomaggiore, Sacha also celebrated his 10th win of this wonderful season!

Vuelta: It's Froome vs. Cobo!

The Vuelta is coming next to Madrid.. and the fight for the final win is coming close!
It seems almost like a duel between Chris Froome (Team Sky) and Juan José Cobo Hacebo (Team Geox).
Cobo leads the general classification, but Chris, thanks to a powerful win on the top of th uphill finish in the 17th stage, is very close to the Spaniard!
The battle goes on!

It was a successful day for BMC at the Solothurn Bike Days. On BMC home soil three athletes managed to place in the top 15: Patrik Gallati lead his team with a fifth-place finish.

    Las Vegas, Nevada - Team Exergy, competing in its first race as a professional team, dominated the Callville Bay Classic this weekend. Carlos Alzate took the stage win and overall lead on Stage One and went on to win the General Classification after taking second place in the time trial and winning the final stage.

    The four day stage race was comprised of four tough stages. Alzate took the win in a solo breakaway on stage one and secured a substantial time advantage in the General Classification. Alzate defended his lead in the uphill time trial, securing second place aboard his B2 Pro. The third stage took place in cold and rainy conditions and required the entire team to chase down breaks and set the pace at the front. In the final stage, Alzate once again bested the field, taking the criterium

X-Bionic Riders Dominate in Cyprus 2/28/2011

    Macheras, Cyprus – Felt Oetztal X-Bionic rider Karl Markt was victorious at the Cyprus Sunshine Cup #2 over the weekend, taking the overall win in the three stage event. Markt also won the Cyprus World Cup #1 the week prior. Fellow X-Bionic rider Blaza Klemencic took second place overall in the Women’s General Classification.

    The Sunshine Cup #2 consisted of three races, a short time trial, a point to point race, and a traditional XC circuit race. Markt completed the time trial on Day One in 16:34, just one second away from first place. The point to point race on Day Two proved to be the decisive race, and Markt rose to the challenge. Markt and one other rider escaped on a long single track section 9km from the finish, and had a twenty second lead at the summit.
